The customer service is this pharmacy is absolutely abysmal. For the 3rd time in a few months I've been in to collect a prescription for my elderly mother after she's been notified that it was ready, only to stand in a queue for 20+ mins and then find out it wasn't available after all... Why waste people's time? Rubbish. Avoid like the plague (pun intended)

I have been using this pharmacy for a year now and I have been super happy, grateful and overwhelmed every time I have used them. The staff always go out of their way to help, provide advice and support, especially when I sometimes forget to request my meds 3-5 days before I need them.

Don't use this chemist if you rely on your medication. Understaffed. Delays in getting prescriptions. Standing in the queue I heard people being told to come back in half and hour or just being told they didn't have the prescription. I was told for two separate prescriptions that they didn't have them - turns out they did. Also they close from 13.00-14.00 for lunch which is not on their website

The staff and the service they provide at this pharmacy is outstanding. I will never be able to thank them enough for the urgent help I received when really ill with COVID.

I've always been satisfied with Cox & Robinson, and now that I've had a few interactions with them when I needed something urgently or needed some help I'm especially glad that they're here in my town. Special mention for Hayley for fantastic customer service. Many thanks.

Clean and tidy but disappointed with staffing levels. While there are two service windows, I have yet to see both in use, however long the queue, which has stretched into the street, seemingly with little concern for reducing it. :(

Not happy. They used to be highly efficient. Today I went in for my prescription which had been sent through from the GP five days ago. It wasn't ready. Exactly the same thing happened last month. I recently had an angioplasty at the hospital and I was instructed to take certain drugs daily without fail. It will now be four days in five weeks when I've not had these drugs. Time to change pharmacy.

Very Rude. Collecting medicine for my disabled boy which was meant to be ready the day before I collected to be told I had to wait until 3pm when it was 9am. No empathy or trying to help without an explanation, just simply rude.
