Been here 6 times. I walk the dog very early but end my walk at Costa dead on 8 o?clock which is perfect because that?s the time it opens! Nope I?m wrong, it?s doesn?t it opens when the employees that work at Costa feel like it. Once it was 8:10, 8:07 and so many other times that were after 8 o?clock. The staff have no customer service, no good morning even when I say it to them I get nothing back and that?s really disappointing for Costa. I won?t be coming back to this one I would rather walk longer for some respect.

this is a fairly small coffee shop it is kept clean and tidy. The staff are friendly

It took ages to do one coffee, multiple people who came in after me got served immediately whereas I had to wait probably about 20-25 min until I got my order plus had to remind them of the order. Will choose a different coffee place next time.

Great Costa just always melting in there can you have your air con on more woulda got you 5 start but I literally sweat in there waiting to be served which puts you off going on

Nice place, although crowded, usually noisy, rarely free seats. Food and drinks overall quite good.

Opening time 8:00 need to wait to 5mins. Staff not trained and very slow. Very disappointed experience.

I used to use this place but ive just found the coffee quality vs price to be too much nowadays for what you get. I finally returned after about a 4 month hiatus of ordering daily coffees on the way to work and the one use cup was a no use cup, there was a seeping hole in the bottom, where my £5.15 coffee slowly leaked out of for the remainder of the beverage. Given how many coffeee shops and turkish barbers there are in Leighton Buzzard (we really know how to keep the UK economy growing eh..), you'd think at least one of them wasnt a rip off... I would add a picture but im on the laptop at work, not my phone. Might add later on if i remember
