I didn't use Connells in Leighton Buzzard for my sale but I bought my new property through them. Phil Appleby the manager and all the staff were very helpful and kept me updated through out the whole process unlike the estate agent I used in Hemel Hempstead to sell my own property.
I would highly recommend Connells in Leighton buzzard to sell your property as I think you will be looked after and get a first class service.

Although we didn't buy a property in the end through Connells, Matilda's attitude towards us when showing us around was superb. She was attentive to what we were looking for in our home, did not hurry or hassle us, answered any questions that she could and returned with replies when she need to seek more information - very professional all round.

Connells LB were engaged by MoveWithUs to sell my property as I was part exchanging for a new build. Not pushy at all (I certainly couldn?t say the same about some other local agents)
Despite earning no commission from me, I felt like I was treated as a regular client would be. I dealt with the whole team at some point during the process but special shout outs to Sophie, Phill, Michaela and especially Matilda. It takes a lot to impress me and Matilda certainly did that the first time she accompanied a viewing.

Excellent Estate Agents! Throughout a very protracted sale, they (Phill and Robbie) have kept us up to date on progress. They are proactive, knowledgeable and communicate well and we had complete confidence that they would be able to sell our property. We have used two other estate agents in Leighton Buzzard in the past, but Connells are definitely a cut above in our opinion!

I would really like to thank the whole team at Leighton Buzzard for everything they have done. They are a happy team of people and are very approachable and easy to work with. I would recommend their services.
It is fair to say this was not the easiest of sales for the team to manage and negotiate but I am thankful for everything they have done to help get us over the line.
The team at the Leighton Buzzard branch are a group of lovely people. During the sale of this property I have spoken to every member and each of them have played a part in what has been a successful sale. Each team member have helped when replying to emails and answers the many questions.
I should highlight the efforts of Phill and Robbie who were the main two running my sale and thank them for all their hard work.
I am a returning customer having had previous used Connells to buy and sell in other parts of the UK and I find their rates very reasonable.

I have to leave a review for these guys, although totally unrelated to any of the services connells provide! I was in such a stressful situation and on a very tight time limit, I needed some documents photocopied to be post office verified, I tried absolutely everywhere in town nobody was able to help me, I took a risk and went into Connells, it was done within 2 minutes!! No questions asked just done right there and then. I was so so relieved and they have no idea how important it was for me to get that done! The people in there are so so helpful, I can only imagine how helpful they are when it comes to actually using them for renting/buying! THANK YOU!
