Great customer service. The staff was helpful, well organised and assisted me with all my queries. I was provided with an accurate eye test result and managed to keep my own RayBan frame, which I love and wasn't keen on getting rid of since it was still in good condition). Happy with my new glasses!

They do offer good customer service and have helpful staff but they are woefully under staffed, which means you will have to wait weeks to get appointments or collect glasses.

I been to boots today walk in to get perfume and one person work staff walk and look at me hard to till and ask me what you looking for I say Perfume after that she put her foot to the any think she had in store to me this this this on her foot ? I can believe it what she just this . I never see no one do like she do in my life before . Next time if I see her will ask her why she do like that I will am so sock what is happening people like her can?t be work to this job it is so rude and bad to see really Cosmer what matter there look like all way equal thank

My husband received excellent service here yesterday. The optician was lovely and extremely professional and the customer service he received whilst choosing his glasses was very impressive. He was so impressed with the service, he has persuaded me to change from my current practitioner to use Boots in LB instead.

If you like good customer service then look elsewhere. The staff in this branch are rude and not at all helpful. They have been rude to me twice now, I gave them a second chance, but after my expensive verifocals needed a quick repair, and my custom was clearly not important enough for them, I have decided to take my business to the independent opticians in town. Have registered a complaint with Boots head office.

after suffering a head injury I started losing sight in my eye nowhere could fit me in but the boots team fit me in between appointments. They checked and double checked things and referred me to eyes care at the hospital. I was seen at the hospital within 24hrs. I have the utmost respect for the team and the customer experience was second to none. Thankyou boots for an amazing service and for the empathy shown to someone who was worried about his sight loss

Was persuaded to purchase some glasses for nighttime driving after I mentioned when in there with my son (who does need glasses) that I didn't like driving at night due to headlight glare. I got the glasses and tried them out several times and they actually didn't help at all. When I went into complain they retested my eyes and said my prescription had changed and I needed to be tested for diabetes. They remade the glasses. Was tested, no diabetes, the new glasses still didn't work but Rupon the manager did his best to persuade me to keep them and that I needed them. The justification was that although one of my eyes sees perfectly, the other is -1 so if I had one eye then I wouldn't be able to see well enough to drive. Yes but I don't have one eye! If I only had one leg I'd be in a wheelchair but how is that relevant? In the end after going backwards and forwards and wasting hours in Boots Opticians he very reluctantly agreed to a refund. I would not go back and they've lost my sons as customers too now.

Extremely disappointed - not an authentic optician service. A shop front with no real expertise, management skills or substance behind it. Retail but not reliable.

First appointment with Boots Opticians in Leighton Buzzard. What a fab team, helpful, engaging, friendly and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for!! Thank you for the amazing customer service you deliver. Very happy customer.
