UPDATE: I used an 0345 number shown on here. It got me through to HO who used their extension and they answered in my local.store so she put me through to them, i'd tried so many times. A lovely lovely pharmacist spoke to me and gave good clear advice.
Please BOOTS, take on more staff, we need pharmacy services as our GP's are also so busy. Its not the staff's fault but cut backs and funding.
I need advice regarding medication. I vmcant get through at all. Varied times and days, the no.3 option is never answered. The one tine I was successful I had a fantastic pharmacist who was so helpful. I'm relying on their advice for my son but sadly its not a reliable source of information. The lone just keeps rininging and no one picks up. I understand there are busy times but its never answered!

Nice people that work in this store I have to say firstly. There is a lot of inconvenience caused by not having medication on time sometimes up to 4 visits to collect my medication. I even give them 5 working days from when I request my prescription. Even this sometimes doesn?t seem to help. Their ordering system needs to do better! I?m confident I?m not the only person that has experienced the run around.

Nice they have invested in a new pharmacy uplift that only has one person serving, a line of over 10 people. And other store staff who cannot serve pain killers from OTC.

If you have ever watched a zombie movie where our plucky hero?s happen upon a half abandoned store with empty shelves and outdated technology and broken items everywhere then you would recognise this store. How Boots is still an ongoing business is beyond me.

Boots pharmacy has been much better than other pharmacies at being able to source my medication from suppliers. I was also able to arrange to get text messages to say when the prescription had arrived. Staff have also been helpful and understanding even when under a lot of pressure.
There is a general shortage of pharmacists. So we appreciate the work everyone is doing in this crisis. But Boots have been particularly good.
There still can be very long queues.

The pharmacy team are really helpful most of the time and do their best, all be it at the same pace as a sloth. HOWEVER the amount of staff is disgraceful. I have never know a pharmacy have ONE person behind the till AND helping the pharmacist. The queue?s are constantly long and people do seemed to become irate on a regular basis. It has become a running joke with people in the town that you need to keep a whole morning free in order to collect medication from boots!! Sadly my medication is extensive and often harder to get hold of so I don?t have the luxury of moving pharmacies but the queue length and speed of the staff is exasperating and soul destroying. Please hire the appropriate amount of staff And stop being so tight!!

Had to collect an order today before I go away which I explained to the sales assistant as I wouldn?t be able to collect it any other day. This was just at 13:01, this was really upsetting as it was an order for my baby now I will have to repurchase these items at be at a loss of over £100 whilst I wait for a refund for an order I was told to collect today and suddenly not allowed to. I?d like to also add that there were customers in the store still shopping at the time. Very disappointing, do better LB boots.

Asked the assistant at the pharmacy if she could help me find a Windi for my baby. She clearly couldn't be bothered helping, I asked if she could look behind the counter and she said no, they don't have them go online without skipping a beat. I thought she must be wrong so checked by the nappies ... lo and behold there were loads! She was just being rude and lazy. Next step, checkout where the woman didn't say a word but did glare at me when it took me a couple of seconds to open my purse. Attitude adjustments needed all round. At least I got the Windi...

Terrible service and horrible cold staff Barr one lovely lady at check out. Why do these places make you feel like a burden for asking questions about products that you have no idea about and at the worst of times!?

Visited the pharmacy 3 times to pick up my prescription still not ready told come back at 4.30pm, when I went in last time they told us it will be ready Sunday and I went in again on Tuesday Not ready.
They think we dont have any other stuff to do.
What a waste of time. Unprofessional service/ attitude.

Do not use this branch pharmacy as I have waiting in queue for 20 minutes and still not served only one person on the counter and huge queue waiting. Ridiculous

had to run in 3 mins till close (been working 2 weeks straight, it?s closed when i finish, begged my manager to leave early so i could get my prescription so i really had no other option), got a grilling at the prescription counter (deserved) but still served me and i appreciate that so much bcs i hate being that person who comes in just before you close i know how annoying it was but thank you so much anyway!!!!
