We were a family who went in to buy gifts for my grandson. We had difficulty with one of the products and the assistant , Claire who helped us was amazing . She went above and beyond to help us and make little boy's birthday very special . Thank you very much Claire , you are an attribute to the company .

When I went very bust and only 2 staff on tills took 10-14 mins for a collection. No nearby parking so don't buy anything big from here

You can order somethings whilst at argos and than five minutes later your item comes from the conveyor belt

Recently bought a football for my grandson. Unfortunately the football was faulty and the pump I had bought wouldn't work on the replacement ball. The staff were very helpful, they exchanged the ball and Louis went above and beyond and pumped the ball for me with the shop "pump' allowing me to return the pump I'd purchased for a refund. Thank you.
