Visited this Tesco around 6:40pm and had a really disappointing experience. The staff at the till was blunt and seemed more interested in chatting with a colleague than acknowledging customers. I just went in to grab a couple of energy drinks — I’m 23 and clearly look my age — but the lady at the cashier treated me like a criminal. She refused to serve me because someone else earlier tried to buy an energy drink without ID. What does that have to do with me? That’s not how customer service works.
Served by an Asian lady today, saw me standing at the counter waiting to pay and spend close to 3 mins doing something else despite me making her aware I was waiting. Not the first time I've gotten a rude vibe from this same lady
