I paid for my items the payment went through and because the receipt didn?t print they said it hasn?t gone through even tho it was obvious it had and I checked on my bank and it had come out still didn?t seem bothered and said I had to pay again! So scanned the items again got the price wrong because they didnt scan the items properly I had to pay AGAIN and now I?m at a loss of £80 for something I haven?t paid for and sports direct have got my money and will have to sort it out when I?m back in 2weeks time! Absolute joke!!!! Won?t be shopping here ever again!!!

Shoes bit pricy found a pair I liked wanted to try but someone had shopping bags on the chairs so I had to sit near the edge liked them but whent to the till to pay but had none in my size so I walked out as I didn't want any other shoes from there so yes bit disappointed

Sports Direct at Interchange Retail Park offers a wide selection of products ? from sports clothing and footwear to various accessories. Prices are usually very affordable, and there are often some great deals available.
However, shopping here isn't always easy. The store layout feels quite chaotic ? many items are scattered around, and some sections seem unfinished or temporarily moved. It can be frustrating to find what you're looking for, especially if you're in a hurry.
Another recurring issue is the lack of available sizes. It's common to find only one or two sizes for many shoes or clothing items, and the most popular sizes (like M, XL, or UK 8?10) are often out of stock. Even if you find something you like, there's a good chance your size won't be available.
The store has potential, but it could really benefit from better organisation and more consistent restocking. For now ? a solid 3 stars.

No online Easter opening times, just the usual ones and google shows open, wasted a trip therefore believing was open Easter Sunday.

Good selection, reasonably priced. Staff helpful and friendly. Changing rooms don't feel private, cramped, no chair, they have a returns policy of vouchers or spend.

Decent here. Staff in the dunstable store are very rude so I came here instead and staff were more pleasant. Shop was well stocked as always

I had a great experience in Sports Direct the other day when choosing some trainers for my Son. I was approached by Abi who was amazing, she told me about all the discounts available on trainers on the Fraser Plus app. She showed me how to set the app up and get the discount. So my Son ended up with 2 pairs of trainers for the price some places would charge for 1 pair, he was very happy and Abi's service was exceptional ?

Refused to accept a return the day after I bought it, no store that forcefully keeps your money and refuses a return is worth shopping at, any decent place offers returns within 14 days as they know there stuff is good people will still come back
