Rude staff, I tried to use my fuel card to pay and he lied, said that they don't accept it and pretended to attempt the payment and said that it didn't go through. I have used my fuel card at Shell before, it says on the company website.

I use this petrol station a lot due to the v power petrol! Never really had issues with staff, they always reminded me of the shell card so I can collect my points. I just fuel and pay so not a big hassle….
