Just tried to post an everi parcel and the white woman was soo rude. Lovely Asian woman behind the counter. This the third time I've tried to post a parcel that they wouldn't take because they haven't got the room. Why offer this service if you haven't got the room. I won't be using that shop ever again.

I had a missing parcel, and the staff over the last couple of weeks were helpful in trying to locate it. But the staff member when I rang yesterday was rude & sarcastic.
I eventually got my delivery!
