Our visit today was brilliant! Good lovely service amazing! Paris our server was fantastic! Friendly and very helpful!! Made to feel very special and valued! My little one has a rare condition and we were made to feel welcome! Paris took time to ask about sign language so she could sign to my son who is deaf! Fantastic service!! Well done Paris!! ?

HOW CAN YOU SERVE A CARVERY WITHOUT PATATOS? AND WHY WHEN I PHONED UP TO ASK ABOUT IT WOULD YOU NOT TELL ME!Just had a phone call from a lovely guy who has just taken over this pub and my god his customer services skills are amazing, he's definitely reinstalled the faith in to me to give this place another chance!Well done management for handling this so swiftly and professionally!

We were visitors to the area and had been recommended to eat here. Went at 8:30 pm on Sunday evening and chose the carvery - 2 thin slices of beef and a large selection of vegetables that were all delicious plus the biggest Yorkshire puddings we had ever seen! We were served straight away by Daniel who was helpful, cheerful and polite.There was also a large selection of very tempting desserts but were too full to try.The only slight criticism is that some of the seating upholstery is torn but otherwise we will definitely visit again next time we are visiting the area.
