A good place to go, hence why I do still take the little one here when they want a KFC, just wish they had enough staff to do the table service as it's not the best for waiting around for your order.

AVOID! disgusting place.
I've noticed another review in regards to the card payment and can't order via drive thru. (That was 3 weeks ago) still no change! this seems to be the norm here. The staff are rude and not helpful at all, they stare you out and think it's funny. No signage stating card machine not working and a few people still que and wait for someone to answer. It's a joke. Staff state over the intercom, come in, no card.
The place is a dump, it's cold, it stinks, no way am I ordering food from this place and the service is diabolical.

Had our KFC treat today. I do feel very sorry for older people now with only ordering through machine. Witnessed an older man struggling to order But a nice lady (customer) helped him . Please don't alienate the elderly probably the only little pleasure they have.
Music in there was too loud.

Fillet in burger very small and not usual standard. My husband's beans were cold and the restaurant was cold.

Freezing in there and the food is always bad and the workers are always seem to have an attitude problem they also close at 11pm but stop eat in at 9pm I'd rather go to the KFC in Milton keynes or better yet the one in luton

Went through drive thru on multiple occasions specifically asked for unseasoned fries two out of three times received seasoned fries as of today did the same again ask for unseasoned fries and they can?t even separate normal fries from season fries and these are the people in charge of not giving you food poisoning

Told over the intercom the drive thru wasn't working - no expansion on this, but no problems. Went inside, at least half a dozen staff doing nothing in particular. Asked to order food at the counter, was spoken to like an infant and told I could only order via the electronic screen?!
I know it's not the Ritz but speaking to someone like dirt for literally no reason is just bizarre. Avoid avoid avoid.

These guys had a bit of technical meltdown last night and handled it brilliantly. They kept their calm and powered through the orders all working off one screen. Despite the chaos they didnt have anyone complaining about getting the wrong orders either. Well done guys!
