Busy chatting and prioritising deliveries. £8.99 meal missing!! Bag sealed so Shiuldnt have to check before leaving,, too far to go back and dispute, phone line constantly engaged. Will never use them again

Staff clearly can?t count , I ordered 6 wings and only got five , couldn?t understand a word of what anyone said , bin was left in the middle with f the room , food was barley good (only because it?s kfc) , not worth going

Same every time we come here about 7-8 staff all seemingly standing around doing nothing. Prioritising the delivery orders over customers waiting in the store.

I recently visited this KFC, and while the food was very good, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff member (Lady with head covered)serving me was unfriendly, didn?t greet me, and had an unpleasant attitude, giving me weird looks throughout the interaction. It really took away from the overall experience. Good customer service makes a big difference, and unfortunately, this was disappointing. I hope the management can address this issue to improve the experience for future customers.

2 times I?ve been here in the past 2 months. 1st time we waited like 45 mins for our food. It was busy which is fair enough but they were prioritising the deliveries and had forgot all about my order. My order wasn?t even on the screen. And the staffs attitude was disgusting. Second time I went was last night. It was quiet and food was quick so good. But the staffs attitude. All of them mucking around and fooling about. Management need to step in.

Waited for 30 mins ,yet didnt get all my food.
Had to drive back,and waited for another 10/15 mins ,for them to confirm they haven't given my order. And ended up with uncooked meal. Its not my job to check my orders,after almost 40 mins wait. And again NIT MY JOB,TO CHECK IF THE FOOD IS COOKED?????
HEALTH AND SAFETY OFFICERs SHOULD MAKE A VISIT IN ALL THE BRANCHES and VHECK THE HYGIENE AND MANAGEMENTS TO CHECK UPON SERVICE AND STAFFS. !!!!!
Could drive my way back again.
But frankly, staffs arent bothered to serve ,or into the work.
If I had to get them yo pay for my petrol,i wonder what would have been their thoughts ??
