Order two large chicken shishe kebab , and chicken burger
Two come in the same box (big )
When opened box you can clearly se it not same and the chicken . Burger was more havy that the that the large kebab .
When mentioned to the guy over the phone call me liar .
Mate that not the way you treat customers !!!!!!! And call the liar !!!
The guy think I have nothing better to do that arguing about the food !!!
That was the last time I broth any food from you guys !!!!! Shame on you !!!!

As a family we have used Kempston Kebab for years now and have never been disappointed. The quality of the food is normally excellent and staff great. I don?t know what happened today but I can honestly say we will never use them again. I ordered a doner kebab with extra salad and a portion of chips extra salt and vinegar through their website. Unfortunately my kebab was smothered in chili sauce I tried to remove the top bits of meat and eat from the bottom only to discover the meat was burnt black and rock hard. I?m thinking ok just a bad day today I?ll just eat my chips, open the box to discover a huge dollop of chilli sauce right in the middle of the portion. I don?t really complain about much but I was pretty annoyed by now. I phoned them to request another meal I was told I requested chilli sauce check my receipt funnily enough I didn?t have a receipt wasn?t given one by the delivery driver. I don?t like chilli sauce so it?s not something I would have asked for but they argued this fact practically calling me a liar. What about the burnt black and hard meat I ask I?m trying to stay friendly and I hear them having a discussion about me as if I?m not able to hear. It was really unpleasant and totally unnecessary. I?m trying to figure out why they can?t just say no problem of course we will send you another meal. You are a good customer and have been for years. Instead I heard one of them bark tell her we will replace kebab not chips and we want the original kebab back!!!! Wow really well ok then. What would it cost just to have been polite. My new kebab arrives in minutes. Tiny bit of salad and I kid you not burnt hard meat and then I find a hair. How sad is that. This must be a joke. If I had been treated in a polite courteous manner I probably wouldn?t have bothered with this review but the terrible food and such poor service together just did it for me today. All I wanted was what I had payed for nothing more and now they have lost 3 families custom. What a shame!!!

Normally great food. Tonight, the 2 large kebabs were half the size. Called in, customer service was not interested. For £28, won?t use them again!

Probably the best Kebab shop in town. Great chips and meat with tasty sauces and large quantities (easily feeds two people) and the added bonus of free delivery.

Kempston Kebab & Pizza House is a very solid spot for a quick and tasty meal. The food is fresh, the meat is well-seasoned, and the homemade chili sauce really stands out. I especially recommend the chicken shish ? juicy and flavorful.
The staff is friendly and efficient, and deliveries usually arrive quickly. A big plus is the ability to customize your order exactly how you like it, which isn?t always possible at similar places.
Minor downsides include occasional mistakes with orders and longer delivery times, especially on busy weekends.
Overall: great food and friendly service, with just a few small things to improve. I?ll definitely be coming back!
