I was really disappointed with the service at Costa today, long queue and slow service. We finally made our order. The counter hadn?t been wiped down and when we finally received our drinks and arrived at a table it was dirty and the one next to it had a tray of used dirty cups. The trays are way too small for 2 cups and 2 plates of food! We then noticed they hadn?t given us a white coffee and also forgot the cake we ordered, when we got the cake it was the smallest slice although you pay a small fortune for it! We won?t be back. This Costa is ruining the brand name!

Last two times I?ve been in it?s taken 2/3 members of staff to serve just one customer. I?ve walked out twice after staff have just walked out from the counter with seemingly no reason other than to just wander around and both times they?ve only offered to serve me as I?ve been already turned to walk out which is after 5 to 10 minutes of waiting. One member of staff was more interested in eating her breakfast than doing her job this morning.

3 people behind the counter, place empty and all the tables full of crumbs and dirty cups/plates. Absolutely dreadful service: didn?t apologise for the wait, kept talking to each other about personal matters. These people need some customer service training!!!!

Met a friend for a quick catch up and enjoyed a lovely Chocolate Orange Muffin. queue was medium with an average wait time. cafe was fairly busy but we found a clean table for two. Plenty of free parking and lots of shops to look around on

Dont go here if you want to relax and enjoy a drink and food. There's a tiny!!!!! cark park sign saying 2hrs. It has 3 other businesses on the car park and most of these car parks are 3hrs. BEWARE!!!!!! I got a £60 fine and if I wanted to appeal it went up to £100!!!!!! WATCH OUT!!!!!!!
