Visited this store today and we managed to grab a bargain on a desk which my daughter was in need of.
The staff were very friendly and helpful with organising the desk to be delivered to me.
We will deffinatly be visiting this shop again.

My friend was looking for a wedding dress and didn't want to spend a huge amount of money, so we came her to try some on. The staff were so lovely and helpful, and there were a huge selection of dresses for her to choose from and try on. She came away with a lovely dress well within her budget and is over the moon! Thanks ladies.

This shop is amazing! The ladies who work in the shop are so helpful, friendly, lovely. They helped me try on all the wedding dresses. I found the perfect dress from here for a bargain price. I got married Saturday?

This shop is so amazing! One member of staff (sorry - I didn't get her name; I think the Manager) went above and beyond and I couldn't recommend it enough. Great prices, great stock, great staff

I was most disappointed with the service and attitude we received today while depositing our donations at your Kempston store. We had spoken to someone in the store ahead of visit only to have a very aggressive lady come out ranting about our donations to the point we reloaded them and took them to Sue Ryder. It?s very unfortunate but due to the appalling attitude of this lady and the 4 other members of staff stood there we shall no longer be donating any items to your stores as we were made to feel like our belongings were not good enough to be donated .

What a mess this shop is; no organisation of the clothing section. Why on earth do many charity shops amalgamate different types of clothing but of a similar colour together when it really doesn't work. If I'm looking for a skirt, dress, whatever, I want to go to the rack of those items only and look for whatever takes my fancy in my size. I do like visiting charity shops but unfortunately when I walk in and see clothes set out as in Barnardo's I walk straight out.
