Stuff is rude and not professional and most importantly they don?t know how to count money. Yesterday I was there and this ginger young lady was unable to add up 20p + 5p + 5p = 30p for freaking bag, she make me look like an idiot and she couldn?t count that this is 30p this is unbelievable. She was shouting at me like she thinks I?m deaf because I was unable to process how she couldn?t count those money. Security guy as well looked at me like at some idiot and without checking this money which I gave to her, he started to say to me I have to pay 30p even tho I GAVE IT TO HER. They should be fired. How that?s possible to hire someone who doesn?t know how to count freaking money? And are freaking rude as well. Oh and when I was leaving she started to talk about me with this security guy and she looked at me straight in my eyes and said something about me ( for sure not nice ). I never had a situation like that in my whole life. Worst shop, make a proper interview if you want to hire someone.

The team are so amazing, I lost a bracelet in there that meant the world to me. I went back the next day on the off chance that someone had handed it in, one of the ladies that works there had found it and put it behind the till. I?m so very grateful to her and the rest of the staff that work there. Thank you so much I really appreciate it.
