“Today I tried to deposit a cheque into my bank account on previous occasions I thought I had just to hand over the cheque put my bank card and PIN number in and was given a receipt but that was for cash only. The lady over the counter gave me further instructions on what was needed bit inconvenient and I had to make a second trip but when I returned this polite well mannered lady filled all the paperwork in checked it and the paperwork was sent she put herself out by helping me and I was very happy at the level of service given well done the post office and this particularly very helpful lady.”
