Arguably the best chips shop. Fantastic traditional chip shop chips and the fish is very good too, very nice batter on it. Tried the kebab once which was decent and very generous portions. Only criticism is its cash only. Its 2023 so i think we can probably guess what is probably going on here which lets itself down

Best fish and chips in Houghton Regis. And I do love my fish and chips if you see my other reviews. No nonsense good old fashioned high street fish and chips. The fish is cooked to order. Prefer it this way. Batter not too thick and seasoned nicely. Chips have just the right thickness, texture and consistency. But, its the curry sauce that is too die for! Wow. oh wow. My daughter usually hates curry sauce but she loved this one. Wished I had ordered more of the curry sauce!

This is bar far the best fish and chips in Dunstable, portions are anormous and the guys that work there are really friendly and courteous. But please can you start doing a delivery service, can?t always go there and would rather order from here than pizza or chicken.

Possibly the scruffiest chip shop I've ever been in. Wallpaper hanging off, cracked window, filthy grouting on mismatched tiles. Cheap, fluorescent advertising markers, all hand-written. Proprietors who can't raise a smile.. Possibly though, the best fish and chips in the area. Beautiful flavour and cooked to perfection.

CHIPS CUT BY HAND. You won't find a better chippy for miles, love this food. Portions can be a bit on the small side depending who serves you but it is just so tasty, love it.
