Convenient location and great prices for a standard wash. Staff were friendly and professional when doing the job. Handy car wash in a prime location when passing Dunstable area. There are other car washes to visit nearby and probably are closer however I like this drive thru and happy with the service provided.

Mini Valet says on board £13 but then they say they need to look inside your car and charge you a huge amount .. last time £110 .00 na go to Dunstable car wash it's only £25 pounds for a full valet no matter what car or how dirty it is. This place scams you. Such a shame I always use to come here before.

Disappointed in £20 ceramic wash. Had to polish dried spots off myself when I got home and the alloys were still dirty. Not good at all will not be revisiting. My local guys for £80 do a much, much better job.

I had an extremely unfortunate incident where a whole 5L can of white paint popped in the back of my new car. Thank you so much to the guys at IMO who cleaned it all for me over two separate days. It was a very stressful experience and I am so grateful to the team for getting the car back to tip top condition for me. Highly recommend.

Pre-paid for a carwash on the 17th of July. However when I arrived at the Imo carwash in Houghton Regis around 15 -20 minutes later, the staff there were unable to redeem it as they said it wasn't showing in my wallet.I sent an email and also sent a message through the IMO app about the issue but no one as of yet has provided a response. Terrible service and terrible app.

Generally the place is ok. Last time I was there I did a mini vallet, I paid 35f including ultra-hd. The car not poorly cleaned and there not ultra-hd only basic whas.I have on the video camera.

The best IMO I have been to! The car wash itself was super clean with a thorough pre wash. And I also had a valet which was done very quickly.

Won't be going back. Pulled in for a £4 wash, said they only had the £6 wash as the £4 was not working, after an exchange of words, went through, exact same as the £4 felt ripped off.Poor customer service, for the sake of 2 quid.
