This is my local pharmacy and I always find staff friendly and helpful. However due to the lack of storage space they have pushed the main service counter forward which means no space for customers and always looks messy

Unfortunately I cannot always collect my own prescriptions multiple occasions. I?ve had someone from my family collect it for me instead of giving the full prescription by looking properly. They instead decide to give the one they find the quickest and send you on your way is the third time now That I?ve had to ask a family member to go back as they haven?t given over all the prescriptions it?s not that hard to Check properly and considering it?s not the first time I imagine this happens Often

I've found the pharmacy to be well run and my prescriptions are always ready on time. If I've ever had an issue, then the staff make it easy to sort out. I find that the staff work hard and they are always helpful.

Near impossible to get through on the phone, and when you disabilities, that is direct contact that is needed, so I can organise some to collect medication- the staff are helpful it must be said but they need sort answering the phone no matter how busy they are.

Long opening hours are very much welcome.

Had to use this pharmacy as my regular pharmacy could not get hold of the medication I needed. Went to collect the remainder of my prescription and the assistant was very rude and asked me what I wanted. Not from where I was standing but from a distance away where her till was. Found this to be very rude having to shout to her what I needed and not very personal or discreet. I had to ask her to come over as I didn't want everyone knowing my business. Please teach the staff basic customer service skills, come to the customers to ask what they would like and not from the other side of the room. Privacy is very important to customers

Service with a smile at 22:30 on a Saturday night. Reasonable price for a private prescription too.
It's a hole in the wall at that time so bring a brolly if it's raining.

I was stuck when I needed a type of medication by the following morning and it turned out that this pharmacy was brilliant in making medication available to me when they confirmed that they had it in stock after emailing to them the prescription. Efficient and friendly service.

Incorrect Dosage and Poor Response
I was given the wrong dosage for a child?s antibiotic course, which could not only have endangered her life but also risk creating resistance to the medicine in the future. When I pointed this out, the staff was rude and didn?t even apologize.
This level of carelessness and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Please review your dispensing process and train staff to handle such errors responsibly. Mistakes like this are dangerous and undermine trust in your pharmacy.
