I went yesterday to donate clothes and some other items, and the shop assistant at this charity was extremely rude and impolite. She told me, in an annoyed tone, that they don’t accept clothes at that time and asked why I didn’t come before 3:00 PM. I have never experienced anything like this in any charity shop before.... read full comment
