Dreadful customer service one star is too much, these individuals have zero idea of customer service or simply being kind friendly humans; unfriendly, ill mannered individuals it?s just shocking!
I had to stand there listening to one staff going on and on about having gone on holiday alone , unprofessional! I just wanted to collect one item and purchase some items over the counter I was ignored then told no one came over because apparently she thought I was going to ask for a prescription that?s not ready !!! Well a little tip to this team, good manners and kindness is free and in a place of work politeness is a requirement!!!

the old lady who works there is always rude. she asked if i had a text and i said no but the doctor told me that you have it, which he had, and she says ?well we aren?t the doctors are we?? in such a rude and condescending tone, and this isnt the first time. im switching my nominated pharmacy because of her. i?ve been getting my prescriptions from here for 20+ years but i cannot deal with the attitude from her anymore. she shouldn?t be working in customer service if that?s how she speaks to customers.

All I can say is I don?t know why a pharmacy first in our local is doing! I have seen this guy twice and for something the pharmacy can deal with only to be directed back to GP!! The idea is to take something that is quite simple and treat it. Second visit and extremely disappointing

I came into the store to pick up a simple over the counter medication at 12:45 on 16/01/25 and the lady serving (not a pharmacist) looked at me like I was something she stepped in and proceeded to tell me I was asking for a medication that needed prescribed. I told her that?s simply not true and I pointed at it and she told me they don?t sell it there. I told her I had gotten it before from this exact branch around a year ago and she told me they have never sold it even though it?s in the shelf for 10.99 right in-front of me. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting behaviour, I truly needed some anti inflammatory and was treated like a lesser human. What because it?s lunchtime in a Thursday you assume I?m unemployed and worthless, even if I was unemployed that?s not the attitude you take towards people. Never mind I went to other pharmacy at highlands and received amazing service no wonder this place has such a bad rating.

Their mission in life is to refuse to give you the medication you ask for and send you away empty handed. I hate using this place, they want to know your inside leg measurement if you want to buy paracetamol. Avoid at all costs.

All staff I've recently experienced at this pharmacy have been so helpful. Very polite, happy to help and answer any queries. Thank you for putting my mind at ease with an unwell toddler.

Pharmasist was so kind and helpful with my 2 year old, checking and prescribing him antibiotics for an ear infection. He even asked for an update on him. I very much recommend and will definitely be going back if I need to. Thank you

Posting this review since there is no way of emailing you. Your staff need to be more DISCRETE. I walked up to the counter, showed one of the new staff members a photo of the medication I wanted because I didn?t want to say it out loud. The medication I wanted was Thrush cream. She looked at the photo, brought the medicine over and asked me in a very loud voice ?when was the last time you had THRUSH?? She couldn?t have said it any louder. There were people to my side, people behind, it was very embarassing and humiliating. I answered the question. Her follow up question was ?why do you keep getting THRUSH?? I mean come on. I?ve purchased this medicine over 20 times at different pharmacies and with different staff from the Flitwick branch and they?ve all been extremely discrete. No need to shame people like this. Please teach your new staff to be discrete. Not everyone wants the whole town knowing what embarassing things they?re dealing with. It?s humiliating enough having to make a trip down to the pharmacy, at this rate I would have bought it off Amazon, end of.
