Took curtains in for cleaning had to sign so many disclaimers curtains cost new nearly £500 cost to clean was £120 and they have ruined them the backing has stuck to the curtains and has been ripped trying to part them this in turn is not allowing them to hang correctly I will be contacting the head office appalling service not the staff the process

Flitwick, Bedford. Not great. Delivered a duvet for cleaning on 19/7. Received back on 11/8 despite being advised on first enquiring it would take 10 days. Staff were polite and helpful though. I won?t be returning as found another company who wash and dry duvets in 3.5 days.

I came here to get a suit pressed for the next day. The team had finished by close of play on the same day. I would recommend to anyone in the Flitwick area.

Needed a coat dry cleaning urgently with the cold weather. Managed to do it same day for me today and kept me in the loop throughout the day about when I could come and pick it up. Plus every time I come in whether it?s for photos or dry cleaning staff are super friendly, helpful and clearly care. Great customer service!

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Anne on Saturday - who was super helpful, super charismatic and just such a treat to interact with. She?s tackled a muddy team?s football kit for me, and I am truly grateful for the help. 10/10 service, highly recommend!! What a gem Anne is :)
