I've driven 5 miles to it twice to drop off a UPS parcel and twice it's been closed at a random time during normal hours.

Took curtains in for cleaning had to sign so many disclaimers curtains cost new nearly £500 cost to clean was £120 and they have ruined them the backing has stuck to the curtains and has been ripped trying to part them this in turn is not allowing them to hang correctly I will be contacting the head office appalling...

Flitwick, Bedford. Not great. Delivered a duvet for cleaning on 19/7. Received back on 11/8 despite being advised on first enquiring it would take 10 days. Staff were polite and helpful though. I won’t be returning as found another company who wash and dry duvets in 3.5 days.
