The difference between Co-op and Tesco customer service and experience is genuinely so polar opposites of each other.
When you step into the Co-op the one person on the tills (which isn’t enough half of the time for the large queue that forms) glances at you before you disappear into the aisles.
I like to support local shops, with Tesco being across the road I dropped in to Coop, worst ever customer service you can give to a customer, no hello, no eye contact, no asking for amount or please, no thank you, no bye Makes me think ? on next visit Coop v Tesco??

It's a very small example of a Co-op. No ISB products and reduced range across all areas, with the exception of alcohol. Many of co-opss best products are not stocked.
For top ups, freezer fillers and last-minute treats, we’re here for you at Co-op Food - Flitwick - Conniston Road to shop at your convenience. Become a Co-op Member to save money on your shopping, collect rewards and donate to a local cause of your choice each time you scan your membership card.
