“Wow, I have never been to a salon that’s been able to make gels stay for 3 weeks with no chipping or lifting! I was doubtful about paying to try again with the gel bottle brand but when I contacted the salon to ask questions, Charlotte replied directly and offered to do a couple of nails as a test (free of charge ) with builder in a bottle that she recommended. One of the therapists did my test and I was so happy that I messaged to let the salon know it had stayed perfectly and Charlotte booked me in to do a full set. During my appt she told me she’s on maternity leave but wanted me to be 100% happy as I had had such bad luck elsewhere so wanted to talk me through everything herself I have since booked in with someone else and I am so impressed with the service I received. The Silsoe salon is gorgeous and the girls are so kind and chatty. I was really nervous but Mandy was very professional and reassuring and helped me to relax. The salon is very comfortable and beautifully decorated.
