I ordered some Rawbolt fixings for collection, when I collected them the assistant asked me what I intended to use them for, I explained my intended use and he recommended an alternative which would be more secure. I got them home and they were perfect, strong and secure and an easy fix. Hat off and many thanks to Nigel. This isn't a one off either, staff at the Dunstable store are always friendly and helpful.

I can't give a zero rating because it's not possible. The service is horrible. I went to the store looking for a part to install the toilet, and neither of the two attendants could explain or help me with the part. I bought the toilet, but left without the installation part. The toilets on display had no description or price. I've never felt so lost in a store as I did in this one. I hope I don't need to return

Had a new bathroom fitted , back in march , Fitters did a great job , but as we ordered a Disabled toilet and it was not in stock we agreed to had a temporary toilet put in so job could get done , when the disabled toilet arrived and fitted by another fitter , it was not put in the original place and has two pegs stuck underneath it instead of it being flat on the floor , we bought this to the attention of the design team who said they would E mail the aftercare team ,that was back in May , after a few phone calls from us to them , we gave up ,
