Most
network with almost no 5g coverage in Luton signal is dead hell in dunstable & houghton regis. Whenever I ring them , for last 7 months they say mast is being fixed. Professional liars provide customer service. Went into shop & showed manger signal is bad he also made stories.

Closing hours not respected. Left the work earlier to collect the phone from the shop. Got there at 5:19pm while the staff was closing the shutter. Asked me to come some other day. Just frustrating

I went to collect the iPhone 14 pro max on 29/4/23 Saturday , I had ordered online and requested it delivered to the shop. I had my driver?s licence, bank card s (2) and a bill as proof of address ! I was disappointed when the guy was serving me was questioning all this and insisting he wants more proof of address as , to him, none of this was registered to my address even though it wasn?t the case as all this was registered to my address and it was all correspondence with my Vodafone account which I have had for more than 10 years ! He just couldn?t believe anything ! I even had the order number ( the text message for collection) ! He just didn?t believe me !He eventually gave me my order after we exchanged not so nice words!
