Excellent, friendly service. They exchanged a fan for me that I bought but had a part missing-it obviously hadn't been included at the factory. The whole exchange process was easy and quibble free.

I've have just been to the toolstation in dunstable and I must say you have a young member of staff called Peter. He is such a helpful cheerful person that goes beyond his job role to help young older generation I'm a 70year old female and wanted to purchase a wheelbarrow but you have to construct them yourself which made me reconsider purchasing one. But Peter offered to construct it for me as I was your only customer at that time so I made the purchase and I am over the moon with the fantastic service this young man provided for you. I hope you give him praise for his kindness and loyalty to your company ? ?

Ordered 2 light fittings on click and collect tomorrow, ordered Thursday, nothing heard. Looked at 5.30pm Friday, as the store is open until 8pm, show delivered to Mr Lee - whoever he is, but they are stacked in a corner of what looks like a store! Tried calling and they are only open Mon - Friday 9-5 absolutely no use at all.

My recent experiences at this store have not been good at all. Ordered a box of batteries, they all turned out duds. Box ended up in the bin.
Ordered a chrome towel rail. Was given a white one rather than the chrome.. Had to do a 12 mile round trip to get this sorted. Yeah I should have checked, but it was the young lad responsible to ensure he gave me the correct item not any ramdom radiator.
I've never experienced these kinds of issues at screwfix. Really poor service from tool station which has put me off.

Young Lee was brilliant helping me find a cylinder for my door. I came in after the lady in the screwfix next door insisted I use the tablet instead of trying to actually help me. Lee measured my old one and found a replacement quicker than it took me to find my wallet. Even nice enough to give me directions to somewhere to get some spare keys cut.

Went into Tool Station this morning ?, had a TV cable to replace, Jenny was very helpful, looked it up on computer for me, had to order it in,ordered, pre paid, will be coming tomorrow. Text when it's available. Great service ? ? ?.
