Very bad, rude employee, he is the wrong person for the right place Everything is bad in my favorite place and I have not visited it and I will not visit any other branch in the future. Everything seems good but the workers are very bad. The time now is 12:22
The place is good, but the workers, especially this person, if you enter the place, try not to ask anything from him. Ask someone else It seems that he has not received respect yet. He needs to be updated Half the iced coffee was cream and half ice and with food coloring I guess it had no taste

Regularly go to the drive thru. Sometimes the service is great but sometimes you will wait a long time for someone to answer on the headset/speaker. They only have 1 window that you actually pay at/ get your food, would be better if they had one window for payment and the other for collection of food to speed up the process?

We went to the drive-thru around 2 AM, expecting a quick visit, but ended up stuck in line for 45 minutes. When we raised our concerns, the staff member?who turned out to be the manager?blamed the delay on other customers placing £200?£300 orders. That may explain some of the wait, but it doesn?t excuse the lack of preparation, poor service, or mismanagement.
What really shocked us was his response. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he tried to offer us Timbits in exchange for a positive Google review. That?s not customer service ? that?s just trying to cover up bad service with freebies.
To top it all off, our hot drinks were cold, and our cold drinks were warm ? the basics weren?t even done right.
This was a terrible customer experience from start to finish. Clearly, the staff is not equipped to handle high volumes efficiently, and if this is the standard set by the manager himself, it?s no surprise the service suffers. If this is the leadership in place, what can customers possibly expect from the rest of the team?
Bribing customers for good reviews instead of delivering real quality is not how you build trust or loyalty
