Not really ?temporary? after 3-4 years of having this notice on the door!
Perhaps nobody likes to clean it and it?s just for staff use?
Stop giving us false hope and just change signage to ?permanently? out of order.

Please retrain staff. Had clubcard vouchers for fuel to use, got told i couldnt use them on petrol even though i?d literally did it a couple weeks before. Esso website even says you can use clubcard vouchers towards petrol.

Staff always very helpful but the garage now only has 1 maned cashier and 2 self service scan and go pay stations, of which both were logged into by someone and abandoned, so could not be used -and or just timed out but would not clear. The queue soon grew very quickly, and people inline became very impatient because I was deemed to be taking too long with the 1 maned cashier ( unfortunately I have compromised mobility, walk with crutches etc) and trying to pack, pay etc takes me 3 times longer than a fit healthy person. Whilst trying to rush, even with the lovely cashier who was doing her best to assist me and speed up the process, made the shopping experience very unpleasant and stressful ?Hopefully the staff will keep a close eye on the self service/ scan and go tills and maybe have a member of staff assigned to these new pay stations, to assist with user errors and or system errors, to avoid this happening in the future.

Fuel available at good prices and many day to day items in store, only negative is people filling up and then shopping inside and leaving car at pump for ten minutes or so, really annoying.
