I had the best customer service and experience ever. There was a new starter (Zara) who assisted me at self checkout. I wa impressed on her knowledge as she haf only started this week. She was quick to assist other members of the team. Impressive customer service. There was another young lady who was also very attentive. The whole experience was exceptional. The only downside is that they don't have customer changing rooms. Nonetheless it's a very good store and a pleasure to shop in. Clean tidy and conscientious staff

the post office works very well, nice staff and helpful. but staff at the counter in the store not the best. It's better to shop at self-service checkouts

Be aware if you buy something on offer if the discount it's aplied or not. On fop of that the lady was so bothered that I asked her help with the issue and why I choose to pay at the machine (she had to come to aprove the virtual vaucher).
