Don?t get your nose pierced by Superdrug the stud didn?t stay in for more than 24 hours did everything I was told to do. Got a refund which is why I gave 2 stars

Bought a Garnier product for my wife from Superdrug store white lion Dunstable recommended by one of their colleague , turned out to be really not what I was expecting, contacted their customer services , contacted the store but being told that they can?t return or even exchange it . So I am literally going to throw it . Never Superdrug again. Bye bye forever

Sri helped me choose few make up items for a friend. She went above and beyond to help. Bubbly fun person ?.
Update: unfortunately I had to return items as 'friend' didn't like anything but staff was very helpful and returned items with no issue whatsoever.
If you go to this branch of store, find Sri and she will help you above and beyond. Positive vibes only

I had my ears pierced at beauty studio.superdrug Dunstable.The experience was dreadful.the lady didn?t pierce my right ear in the right place.the ear became infected .the two holes have since healed up.would not recommend

Customers beware this shop does not stick to the advertised hours of operation.Went along to this branch today, checked the closing time, 18:00. I walked into the shop just before 17.50 and was advised by the security guard sorry the shop is closed. I checked the time advising him it wasn't yes 18.00. I walked away and while doing so watched a guy walk straight in and was not stopped. Thinking this was unfair I went back at this time the doors were partly open and guarded by a shop employee, i asked to speak to the manager and the assistant mgr came over. She explained thete were too many people in the queue to pay to get them all done and out for 18.00. She had no response as to why the guy after me was allowed in..SUPERDRUG IF YOU NEED TO CLOSE EARLY PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR AND STICK TO WHAT YOU ARE TELLING CUSTOMETS. it looks very unprofessional to advertise closing time and then not stick to it. Favouring some customers over others sends a wrong message too. Unless of course you have too many customers and do not care because you are already making enough money to turn some away..3 other customers also tried to get in before closing and were also refused and frustrated. So 0 points out of 10 for custoner service Superdrug, I will be taking my money elsewhere to a shop that appreciates me and my money!

At 5.50 today Saturday 09.03.24 I walked into super drug to make a quick purchase and a security guard advised me the shop was closed.. the shop closing sign said the closing time was 18.00 3 other people tried to enter and were also turned away. From now on I am boycotting Super drug because they clearly do not need my custom nor the other 3 customers.There are many shops in the UK who respects the time displayed on their doors.

Fab service by your beautician Rohi at the White lion Dunstable branch, she did a fab job with a lash lift and tint today. Very professional, polite and lovely. She was very calm and polite and professional when dealing with a pushy customer who was demanding service even though Rohi was doing two lash lifts and tints at the same time. She was just brilliant, will definitely return. ?

I came to do a drop in beauty service. Was told the by one of the people Working there that the beautician and asked me to wait. I was browsing the store for an hour. When the beautician was ready. There was an new Customer waiting. I was then told that the new customer was before me. I adressed that I had talked to a staff, and been waiting. And still was told the other Customer was before me. You should sort out your que system. I will rather spend my money other places. Waste of my time.

This isn?t even my local store but came here specifically to get help from Jamie ? to buy makeup for my daughters birthday. She is super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about makeup & I would highly recommend her.
