Unfortunately after paying around £20 for a takeaway for a sandwich and a salad I was very disappointed that they were cold and didn?t have a lot of filling.

Went in this evening at 7:30pm 13/2/25 and the staff on shift was unnecessarily condescending and her attitude was very nice nasty. The subs weren?t made with care, hardly any sauce, no crispy onions in either sub even though it was requested and no communication for example ?we?ve ran out of crispy onions? I waited for my order which was fine as I literally just made it online but in hindsight I should have asked her to inform me when my order was being made so I could watch her doing it. She then gives me my order and says in such a sarcastic and condescending tone ?thank you so much for waiting have a lovely evening? which is fine but it?s not what she said it?s HOW she said it. Her vibe was off from the get go and she just seems like not a very nice person. Judging from the reviews I can see this isn?t her first rodeo with unnecessarily spoiling customers experience.

Charge 10p for bags and extra for certain salad. Coffee is powdered

Have to beg the staff for enough salad in the subs. It seems the staff expects customers to pay premium price for eating just bread only, as not enough filling unless asked. Staff reacts rudely when asked to put proper filling or sauces. Prices going up for all items but service surely going downhill.

There was 3/4 people working who were all super blunt and rude. The lady said they don?t do a BLT but it?s on the board. My friend had anxiety and get to nervous to ask again. I said can you do a toasted bacon sub then put tomato and lettuce and she SAID NO? She then proceeded to made some kind of panini which we didn?t ask for but was more expensive! They were so rude it felt like that just wanted us to leave. also why is 2 salads and a sub £18 something. Don?t go here.

When we went in at around 3pm 23rd March 2024 a member of staff was eating food and chatting on her phone on a table that could seat four people. There was three of us. The only option was a small table with two chairs, we had to go and ask her - funnily enough - if we could take a chair. The table was filthy. We had to ask for it to be wiped too. Some of the food was not at it's freshest. The server was tight on portions and there was cross contamination evident so as one of us has allergies they decided against food and opted solely for a drink. This person asked for some tap water in order to take some medication and was told that they'd have to buy a cup for that! I'm pretty certain that's not quite legitimate and will be checking with the council. The staff were extremely surly and looked like they couldn't care less about the place. I'd not come here again if you paid me! What a difference to the Wigmore branch which is totally opposite - lovely staff, immaculate and light and airy. Fresh food, decent portions.Dietary restrictions: Two of us are vegans and the third has food allergies. There was evidence of cross contamination there.

Was served by an amazing lady who noticed I worked at the local CeX was very fun to talk to and very friendly. She helped me understand the new menu and even let me sample a new sauce. I'm very happy with her overall attitude and she made me feel very welcome. Thank you so much for you time and help. Subway should be proud to have people of her calibre.
