All Staff are always, very friendly, polite, and helpful and can't do enough to help and support you. I suffer with Mental Health but they always talk to me in a calm manner, and help to put me at ease no matter how busy.
A Wonderful service even when they are short staffed, and have only one person at the counter. Highly recommend bank that cares about it's customers and treat everyone with dignity and respect

I was in Dunstable bank on Friday. There was a big queue and only one cashier was working. Manager was busy with a customer in her cabin. One bank staff was running around bank. She said sorry bank till is not working. I spent almost 40 min and came out. Ruin my all day plans. Dont care really ..
