People work and this collection place is only open for 2 hours in the morning how do they expect people to collect their post? I have been waiting 2 weeks for a redelivery and then they tell me the sender didn't pay enough postage but the sender tells me that they have paid the £4.50 that they were told to pay by another post office but Dunstable are now asking me to pay an extra £7 are they that broke???

If I only could choose zero stars it still would be too much . This service I a joke . I am waiting for my parcel over 3 weeks now . At first been saying refused and returned now after they resend it . Says out for delivery since 21 nov . Still nothing?. Joke . I live only 1 mile away . Try to call them and line is constantly busy or no one picking up .

Our post man is superb, but when he's off, they just don't deliver. No post at all for seven days and counting this time. Utterly hopeless service. Difficult to know how it could be worse

Worst service ever.Even with instructions to leave the parcel at the neighbours seems like the delivery man is too blind to read and now I have to make it somehow to the delivery office.

what idiots work there. I ordered on Sunday, next day delivery. Incorrect address on Monday. I ordered another 1 pm. there is no parcel. we called and talked. both parcels will be brought on Friday. everything is the same today. parcel the next day. he has been gone for 5 days. we called to ask. answer .... no one wants to go to your place because there is a lot of traffic. I ask when you will deliver the package ... the answer is fast ... throwing money and points for shipping. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Would be 0 stars. My parcel was marked unable to attempt delivery (most likely due to traffic issues). So I go to the depot the next day to collect it, only to be told I couldn't take it, and it would be delivered later that day. Low and behold, they didn't even bother to deliver it that day either! So, day 3 and I returned to the depot to be told they have resource issues and now can't find my parcel!!

Very bad service!!! If you miss your parcel there is no way you can get it as quickly as possible! I am really disappointed by them!

It is obvious from the opening times that Royal Mail don't want to be in the parcel business. Open 2 hours most days in the week and 4 hours on Saturday.
