Can't post a picture but may say the worst service ever.I am posting once a week something and the staff really make me feel like I am bothering them so much or ignore me for up to 5 minutes even if they're is no one waitingI understant they are busy,but to show kindness and appreciation for it... I doubt I canDon't know what happened to Royal Mail but... It's absolutly ridiculous!!!

Just visited the post office toke my son photo next to curtain wall and guys goes to me you have to pay for using his curtain he charge me 5 £very unprofessional stay away

I use this Post Office all the time and I am well known in there with my dog..Rumit is so helpful and his customer service skills are excellent and he also has a wonderful sense of humour too..All the staff are wonderful in there considering it gets so busy..

They are never open on time. Quite often I need to post parcels at 8:00am and then rush to work but it is not possible. They open 8:10am sometimes 8:15am and I always have to explain why I'm late to work. Start opening the damn post office on time! All other shops are accurate and opening their shops on schedule but post office staff work in different time zone or what? Is there a place that I can officially complain about it? This is about royal mail / post office franchise. Am I write? So there must be regulation unit on top which will be discussed by this issue for sure.
