Incorrect advice provided by store staff, I went to get some kitten wormer due to orphaned kittens to be told that you do not need to worm kittens until they?re 5 weeks of age when in fact newborn kittens should start to be wormed between 2 and 3 weeks. Please do your homework before giving out incorrect information.

Staff are always so helpful and knowledgable. Leah in particular was very helpful with her advice on flea treatments. She even showed me how to do everything on my phone to get signed up for treatments and for discounts. Great to see great customer service. Many thanks.

I have done a post about pets at home.The vets are amazing,they do not rush and can tell that they really care.when my cat angel developed a life treating illness and I could not afford they let me pay every 2 weeks and kept her alive for 3 years and was seen every 3 weeks. Sadly I lost her but I will allways recommend and it goes for all staff at p.a.h.They all care.
