“I wanted to give one member of staff at the Dunstable Pets at home praise.Her name is Lauran.I called up with a query and she could have just told me there is a delay with deliveries and left it at that but she looked into things for me and called me back less than 10 minutes later with a solution.She managed to get the item I ordered for click and collect sent to my home with next day delivery.I couldn't be happier and really happy with her service.I do hope she gets praised for this as good customer service is not common.”
