Old owners were lovely, polite and chill but not as good stocks for actually items still lovely service, new owners.. they make the place shine! Walking in they all greet me as if I?m a model on a red carpet so welcoming in there AND GREAT STOCKS! Bringing new things to try into the shop weekly also was a hit with my daughter for the new labubu things!! Thanks!

Great service from our local shop tonight, after a long day farming we got to the shop just as the owner was about to shut. He waited patiently for us to get what we needed and had a chat about the day. We get there as he opens usually first thing in the morning so appreciate the time tonight as it?s a long enough day as it is! Thanks guys! Highly recommend this local store!!! *****

If you don?t like working in a corner shop, why would you buy one? On multiple visits to this store, the owner was rude, demeaning and spoke like she owned the place. Oh wait? she does. Probably why she seemed like she hated her life and the customers that come through the door, which are local reoccurring customers. This was a terrible example of customer service and I recommend visiting premier store instead, who are very friendly and just down the road.

Extremely overpriced, as you would expect a shop without competition to be, very rude owner who texts or speaks on the phone with friends while 'serving' customers and rarely says hi or thank you and mostly rude staff too.I am adding another comment in an old review, as I had forgotten exactly how RUDE the owner and his mother are. I will never buy anything, not even chewing gums from here even if that means I need to drive for 15 minutes. 0 customer service, 0 manners and horrible attitude. Also selling out of date things for only twice the price of the same thing and still in date from other retailers.

Rude staff member refuse to let you purchase a mask even though my face was covered. I wouldn?t shop in here if the food was free.

Found this shop while out on a walk from Tottenhoe and stopped in for a bottle of water, Very well priced for a Nisa shop and on top of that the shop keeper was very friendly . The shop has a relaxed and chilled vibe to it, you feel welcome. I noticed it was also very well stocked up with many items.
