I recently tried to return an item, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member first claimed the item had been worn, but couldn?t provide any proof. When that didn?t hold up, she changed her reason, saying the tag was ripped and therefore couldn?t accept the return. It felt like I was being accused of something I didn?t do, which was frustrating and unfair. On top of that, the clothes I bought were overpriced and the size was inaccurate. I expected better.

I have been given wrong and cheap items twice instead of the ones i have paid for . I believe people working in warehouse intentionally doing this . Really disappointed with the service .

Staff were attentive and went beyond normal to help, high quality clothes bt do not stock many large sizes.

Awful , staff member gave my parcel to someone else, didn't check I.d or anything, had to chase the other customer through the car park as a result of staff member not doing a basic job properly . Ridiculous

Always love coming here to visit Costa because of it's easy parking. Only wish Costa staff would be a bit quicker at serving and clearing up tables.

Got a pair of jeans and they were recked within three months. I went to take them back and they said its just normal wear and tear. This place is a joke. Avoid.
