Today my wife & I visited Nationwide Dunstable. Both of us had queries and I must say the staff on the desks were great , very welcoming, helpful & polite. Nothing was too much trouble.

This branch?s customer service is usually alright. But recently, the machines inside wouldn?t allow me to deposit any cash and rejects it, therefore either have to queue up or go outside to the machine and wait quite a while for it to come in to the account.

Staff are friendly and the queue moves quickly. A lovely elderly lady who works as a Cashier is so nice. Very pleasant lady, always smiling and great with the customers.

Posted a deposit outside on 29th dec as bank was closed due to positive covid test, said it would be put in my account following morning. Never happened, then is closed until following wed. So my bills will not be paid. Useless, surely someone could have sorted this.

I left my last bank and swapped to nationwide because of the level of face to face service. Now they have followed suit and fob people off refusing counter service and insist customers use machines. I am now switching banks again, stop treating your customers as numbers and go back to providing the high quality service you were known for ?

Jitesh was extremely helpful, very professional and friendly service. Really helped us sort our mortgage application. Is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. Would recommend to see him if looking for any mortgage advice!

Professional and polite!!! I'm in love with this branch already! Needing to open an account for my 11 year old. Some banks don't allow it if you don't bank them too. Some banks do. I tried Barclays, but they don't see people after 4pm. And a Saturday appointment is a 2 month wait! Barclays staff in Dunstable are also rude. Heard a lot while I was in there! Called nationwide straight after Barclays. The lady who answered the phone could not have been nicer is she tried. Polite, helpful and professional. I honestly can't remember her name, but I called around 3pm. My son is opening his account in 3 working days time, at 4.15. If all goes well, I might switch over myself!!!!
