Never call when prescriptions are ready, yet when you go in to collect they ask if you've received a call or message :/I picked up one recently that was dated from November. Nobody thought to call me and tell me it was ready in the 4/5 weeks it was sitting there. On top of that they change opening times without any notification I've lost count of how many times I've gone to collect something, and they are closed when suppose to be open.

Think they can just open and close when they want Went to collect my prescription to day at 5pm shouldn?t have closed until 6pm but they decided to close called up and they I told them I am out side and you are closed at 6pm and Guy told me the manager had to close in a emergency and told me there a note on the shutter but there was no note on there I told him that then he said I change you prescription to west street pharmacy and the manager is there the one that ones Mayfield so I went there and told them about my prescription and told them mayfield was closed and there was no note on the door the manager is so rude and rude to the lady at work there tell her you got do do this and don?t let the phone ring they should have a new manager in the 2 pharmacy I don?t leave reviews but on this I will because I have never meet any one so rude !!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would

Think they can just open and close when they want. Went to collect my prescription yesterday at 5pm (shouldn?t of closed until 6pm) but they decided to shut. Considering they are also shut Sat and Sun I?ve now got to wait another 2 days without my medication. Staff are also rude.

Never open on time I have been there 3 times and they close at morning. They supposed to open at 9:00 but they can at 10:30. It?s not good . Change timing on Google then . I have to come from far to pick up my medication .

This is a lovely little pharmacy who go above and beyond. Yes, i know they don't have the long opening hours of some pharmacies and can't deliver, but I knew that when I changed. I was impressed last week when they phoned me to let me know that they were going to have to close early on Friday and were concerned that I might run out of my medication before Monday. How's *that* for service??

Staff have always been polite and helpful whenever I've been there. But they seem to open and close whenever they please and rarely stick to their advertised opening hours, which makes it very difficult to collect my prescriptions. I even tried calling ahead of time once and arrived at the time they told me to, but they were still closed. Tried calling them just now for example (when they're supposedly open), and no answer.
