I have received texts saying that my prescription is ready but when I arrive I'm told only half is ready and I need to return the next day. The pharmacy is closed for 2 hours at lunchtime when most people can attend. Finally the reorganisation of the premises have taken over a year .... shambolic

Since their refurbishment which is taking forever, majorly gone downhill. Having to wait days for 'texts' that never seem to come and then you go and they haven't got anything ready and then seem annoyed that you've turned up without a text to see where your medicines are.

The last two occasions we have used this pharmacy the male who sorts the prescriptions was rude and belittling. Needs to learn how to speak to customers. Won?t be returning.

Twice in as many months I?ve been told medication was available to arrive and it actually isn?t.One of those occasions was a heavy infection that required antibiotics.This took nearly two weeks and me going to a different chemist in the end .. the standards have dropped massively of late .. either look and check before messing people that are ill about or change profession and let somebody who actually cares enough to look at what they are doing have a chance of a job .. It?s disgusting!AVOID!!!!!

Great chemist always prepared to help.The occasional being late happens to all small businesses. If you don't like thier service go to a supermarket and guarantee bad service and advice.
