Got my tires changed recently. Tahir was so helpful and polite, told me exactly what the issue was and was so kind to me, whilst educating me for future references, which I respected. They were so busy and understaffed but tahir still managed to get me in. Now I got some new fresh tires on the car.?

Excellent, professional customer service. From initial booking in enquiry to final repair nothing was too much trouble and all went smoothly. Exceptional care and communication from Simon Goreland, Centre Manager. He is more than happy to explain motoring advisories with plain common sense without patronising. A definite convert for future motoring issues, MOT, service etc. Prices very competitive too!!

Trying to charge £65 for tracking your con artists your ripping off consumers it does not cost you a £1 to check tracking your over charging and should be reported to trading standards as you have tons of customers and your only using your equipment to check the tracking so you should only be charging £1 not a days wages no wounder no one has money to pay bills if this is how you treat consumers why should we pay taxes if you cannot provide a fair service for a fairer price no one chooses to run a car but its the only reliablity we have when buses do not run a service sort out your problems rather than making me problems i will go to a garage that does not rip me off because your con artists simple.

Great place, everyone was friendly and accommodating. From start to end service has been great! The team even made sure my tire was in stock just in case the puncture couldn?t be fixed.

The attendant refused to fix the tyre on my car with an excuse that they've got lot of customers to attend to. But one of the workers later assisted when he saw me struggling with the jack and it took him less than a minute

Went into this Kwikfit a few days ago as Audi how told me my front tyres really needed changing, Simon came out and told me they weren't even half worn! So no work done this time but will definitely be going back there when I do need them, this kind of honesty is lost in most garages these days, so I really appreciated it.

The manager (I think his name was Simon) was extremely helpful in getting me back on the road, I turned up with a complete flat 5 minutes before they closed, and he stayed late to make sure I was able to get on my long journey home! Will forever be grateful and would recommend to anyone around Dunstable!

Went in for a Rusty exhaust, and had a call about a wheel alignment issue, I think these guys try to up sell a Wheel alignment cause upon previous getting checked, (only days before I might add) another garage stated the wheels are fine. If they Offer you a wheel alignment just decline I can guarantee you don?t even need it.

We recently purchased a car, and booked it in to Kwik Fit Dunstable for a full service. The manager on duty that day was incredibly helpful and polite, before passing the car to the technician (Jack) to carry out an inspection and the service. Unfortunately, a number of issues were identified - which were all clearly explained to me over the phone, and a vehicle report with accompanying pictures emailed to me for me to review before agreeing to anything. When we went ahead with the work, they did all they could to ensure it was completed that day. When collecting the car, Jack walked us through everything and showed us the items which had been removed from the car and replaced..so we could see exactly why it had been necessary. Fantastic service, both of them are a credit to Kwik Fit.

Recently took my motability car in for some rear tyres. Was reluctant to take it to this branch after the last time i visited. This timea young lad called Jak sorted them for me. Very polite, officiant & didnt have to wait around long. He even noticed that my wipers will need replacing in near future. Great job.
