And the serving staff acting like you're asking for their pay check

Id avoid the older lady with glasses, she's obnoxiously rude considering the lack of training in the pharmaceutical industry.

I honestly don’t know who the pharmacist thinks he is. How dare you talk so rudely to my aunt who looks after my Nan. Accusing her of not looking after my Nan properly when she had a bad spell coming in for a prescription.
