Went in yesterday to look for a motorbike battery there was nothing on the shelves so had to ask a member of staff so he went and got the battery we wanted we asked how much is this battery it was like nearly £80 for a 125 motorbike battery even thou you can find this battery on other sites for around £30 to £40 so we said sod that and went to a local independent vehicle parts place and got it for £43 I think you should stop trying to scam your customers and also stop trying to upsell rubbish I definitely won't be back you showed your true colours

Worst experience ever with Halfords. The lady at the tolls was quite nice. But it seemed like they all could not be bothered. I asked for a 10 point check. I was ignored of my request. They put it through but I did not get any checks at all. Definitely not happy.

Ordered a battery online to collect in store only to be told half an hour later they don?t have it in stock. Now waiting 3-5 days for a full refund.

Had an Aircon check done on my car. They said it?s holding pressure and has no leaks it?s just low on gas they told me they can refill the gas and it would last around a year. They then charged me after refilling it. I got 10 minutes away and it stopped working and I?ve been told they don?t offer refunds

Order was incorrect. Found out when i got all the way home. Still waiting in head office to call contact me 2 days later. Left on hold 10 minutes for a manager to speak to me about their error, couldnt wait any longer so put the phone down Awful customer care.

Today I had a very bad experience with your workers, I came to buy a bicycle as a gift for my child, twice they sent us from one cashier to another and in the end I didn't order the bicycle anymore, the girl at the entrance made some ugly facial expressions! Unfortunately, we are loyal customers, but we will already buy elsewhere!

Sorry to say this branch is totally run down shelves are unhelpful everything is not explained how to get the part your looking for ,so had to ask ,,another shelf for pollution filters no reference book ,so no one know what car they are for ,,it?s a complete shambles,no one cares or knows the counter had open tools open from someone outside staff working on a car ? The counter is filthy worn out ,,the store lighting is dull ,,the Halfords along with others are not very inviting,,infact they need a total refurbishment throughout ,the staff need to act professional,and have complete knowledge and customer care ,,,,I am a member of Halfords and a retired AA supervisor, also a member of Halfords ,early days it was professional when ripspeed was in store ,and professional people knowledgeable.it seems to employ anyone to take up space ,sorry but get proper management in there ,Halfords Dunstable? Also the road on the retail where your shop is ,in need of repair it?s disgusting massive holes ,

Two different occasions I have visited the branch, for baby car seats I have purchased there, to be installed as per the website.
In both these occasions they do not have staff to do this.
In calling the Luton branch they do not have staff either. The Quote on the website was they are the first national baby seat installers.
They are false! The staff was absolutely rude and unhelpful, they would not even contact another branch to see who can install it locally. Looking at the website they have had quite a few reviews about their customer service.
Never purchase a baby seat from there unless you confident to install it yourself. I am now awaiting comeback on a complaint and looking at RAC to install it for me.

Usually very good - So far one of the people who work on the bike desk knows exactly what they are doing but the others need training.
Booked my scooter in for an inner-tube replacement, asked how much and told £4 for the inner-tube and £10 for the labour.
Then come to find out it's £25. If I did not have the £25 on me, which I luckily did, but originally had £14, then I would not of been able to receive my scooter.
