I had 2 headlight bulbs fitted at the Halfords store the retail park Dunstable there was a issue with one of the connections so he managed to fit he told to by a part a h7 port he told I can go to Halfords autos in Dunstable and they would fit well it turns out they can?t fit it so not sure what they actually do

Very rude on the phone and kept putting the phone down ... the guy tried to say it's a bad connection...however, I'm sure it's because he didn't want any calls or work. So I went elsewhere.

I won't be going back. I took my Mercedes V Class for an MOT and after half an hour they 'realised' that they couldn't do it as it needs a Class 7 MOT and they can only do up to Class 4. How can you not know that when you book the vehicle in???Waiting room had a very dirty floor (appreciate it's winter but this was 1st thing Monday morning - you'd have thought they could have cleaned it over the weekend) and they wouldn't let me have the WiFi code while I waited. Not impressed

I took my car for full service and MOT. Mechanic said full service is done, there are no any issue with my car. Once I was in my car I realise car hand brake is broken! Main part of full service is to check brakes, not to brake them. I called the garage immediately and I raised a complaint Case 21088340 [ ref:_00D20CMz._5007TV33z3:ref ]. Also, I was not provided with a report of full service, I have email regarding updates on my complaint 3 times, there was not reply from them. I called Halfords customer service twice but was put through to survey.Such a disgrace!

I went to have my car MOT done on Saturday at 4pm. I didn't wait in queue and I was very well served by the lad behind the counter. The MOT service was very good. Highly recommended

My experience with Halfords has been abysmal, I could think of a few more words ? but they are not printerble...First I joined there Motors club, booked an MOT, because it was located near me, and very convenient. Then I booked ? a cycle health check.2 hours before my cycle health check time, on the same day I got a cancellation email, so I rearranged another one on line, because you have to, a week later I took my bike, funny that was cancelled again.Now they have cancelled my MOT, as well, I have to rearrange somewhere else, not bloody happy with Halfords Motoring Club and Cycle facilities, would not recommend at all....

Went to get a quote the guy was really in a mood, when I didn?t book the car in. I then asked for the quote to be sent to my email and he never did.
