What a dealership can't fault there aftercare service I bought my wife a car from them and unfortunately she put the wrong fuel in Brayleys where exceptionally helpful with aftercare gave us a curtesy car (they didn't have to )while they repaired our car special mention to JORDAN who went above and beyond what you think a dealership would do nothing was to much trouble for him I would recommend this company BRAYLEYS KIA to anybody looking to buy another car trust me nobody comes close to them for aftercare

Car went in for service and 2 issues, car returned but only one issue sorted, the fuel flap still not fitting correctly, after speaking to the garage I was told 'they have had a go to adjust it' when I said it is still not acceptable, I was told the car will have to go back again, why not fix it properly in the 1st place! Now more of my time wasted and theirs too.. ?Later I received a call from the after sales manager who apologised the car was returned with a poor attempted repair, he offered to pick the car up and get it sorted, it went back on the 16th and was returned later in the day with the fuel flap fitting flush again, thanks for getting it right the 2nd time of asking.Please see photos of before and after.

I purchased a used car from here after a chance viewing and received the most professional and best service I've ever had in purchasing a car in the last 50 years, the company and Herman D'Souza in particular, could not of been more helpful, informative and professional , I could quite easily write a few pages of details of my personal experience, suffice to say I would without doubt recommend Grovebury Cars and Herman D'Souza to anyone wishing to purchase a car - new or used, and any other product that they have for your help, like warranty, servicing, insurance etc.I've had my Kia Sportage a couple of weeks now and am a very happy customer, both Grovebury Cars and Herman went the extra mile to ensure that I was and am, very refreshing and professional in this current time and state of economic issues, Thank you both.Just had a recall action completed to the same excellent standard,very pleased I brought the car , have a service plan here also.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't tell me from the beginning as a courtesy that I would only have it for one day. I brought the car in the morning at 8 o'clock for the appointment and I was also informed that I would have the car by 6:00 p.m.... a bit complicated for the job I have (I work in London) and I can say that I was really lucky to have I was able to get away early to get back to Dunstable by that time...Also, I mentioned at the beginning of the appointment that I have a problem in the engine compartment (a lot of dirt gets to the engine) and they did not overlook this problem! otherwise they are clean and I hope with all my heart that everything I had to do was really done!
